Salomon Sports at The Shag 24-Hour Adventure Race

New York Adventure Racing Association has teamed up with Salomon Sports to bring you the Salomon Prologue as part of the The Shag 24-Hour Adventure Race on October 13th. Salomon Sports has been at the forefront of adventure racing and provides great footwear, packs, and apparel, and you can win any variety of these fabulous products just for participating in The Shag.

Representatives from each team will be chosen to participate in the Salomon Prologue and the top 5 individuals to finish will win Salomon gear. The best part is that the teammates of the top 5 individuals will also win prizes! Details about the Salomon Prologue will remain a secret until race morning.

"Most races give prizes away to teams at the end of the event, but we like to mix it up", said Denise Mast of New York Adventure Racing Association. "All of the participants in our races deserve the chance to go home with a great prize whether they're seasoned pros or novices. Plus, handing out such high-caliber prizes from Salomon Sports at the beginning of the race will definitely get the racers' blood moving ."

The good folks from Salomon will be on-hand prior to the race to show off some of the latest Salomon gear and answer any questions about their products.
