Ever think race organisers run out of brilliant ideas, twists, turns & clever schemes for checkpoints and challenges?
THINK AGAIN....\'One Night In Vegas\' is just the beginning of another exciting race calendar and this is where we just get started! Be prepared for anything as inspiration has flowed this year with some wacky and wonderful challenges for the willing!
No need to be super fit for this race as it is a great introduction for the first timer with lots of fun to be had exploring the city. Brisbane\'s public transport will also host some of those teams looking for more efficient ways to get to checkpoints and challenges, and give the feet a break! May I remind those teams that have been hitting the gym since the festive season and are up for a fitness test, that it will not be an easy ride for you...we have still managed to pull out all the stops!
So take advantage of a beautiful summer evening and help us paint the town red to kick off the Series for 2008!
2008 Diary Race Update!
Dates and events for the ARea51 ARQ Series have been set for next year. The 2008 series will see each round held in a similar format but with each year we try to add something new! There\'s only one way to find out what that is...are you game? Bring out your diaries and start scribbling in these dates....
Round 1 - One Night in Vegas - 15 Feb 08
Round 2 – Summer Storm - 8 Mar 08
Round 3 - The Step Up - 13 Apr 08
Round 4 – Rush Hour - 11 May 08
Round 5 - Hells Bells - 19-20 Jul 08
