North Georgia Adventure Race Making a Comeback

The race is slated to be a “"no frills" event, just grassroots, low cost, high quality racing going back to the origins of adventure racing.†There will be no support required and a central transition area will be utilized. Gear list for the race has been paired down to the essentials as paddling is not expected to be part of the race. Anticipated categories are co-ed and same sex two-three person teams as well as soloist
Registration is expected to open on December 15, 2008 with a cost per racer of $110. The race will be part of the CheckPoint Tracker Adventure Racing Series and count towards a teams point totals.
