An extensive adventure race training curriculum for both weeks focuses on the skills and knowledge required to complete your first race and/or take you to the next level in competitiveness. Participants will discover the tips, tricks and lessons learned from organizing and competing in some of the biggest and most challenging events in the world.

Both weeks feature workshops and certifications for navigation, ropes, first aid for AR, flatwater and whitewater paddling, swiftwater rescue, mountain biking, night travel, teamwork, strategy, transitions, nutrition, training plans and more!
