Western Australia\'s 3 year Adventure Race Deal

Rosi / 18.03.2004
The Kalbarri National Park\'s rugged coastline and breathtaking inland canyons will provide a dramatic playground for teams in the final Saab Salomon X-Adventure Series race. This will be the last chance for teams to earn points towards qualifying for the Raid World Championship race to be held November 2004 in Patagonia, Argentina, so competition will be hot!

Saga d’Aventures has entered into an agreement with the state of Western Australian ensuring that Kalbarri will be the home of the final event in the X-Adventure Raid Series for at least the next three years.

\"The X-adventure Raid Series is really important to us as it will put Kalbarri on the world stage...\" explained Richard Muirhead.

For the first time since Eco Challenge Cairns in 1997, this will give Australian teams the opportunity to compete in a mjor international adventure race eagainst some of the best teams in the world without leaving the country.
