Skins Six in the Peak - Round 2

The second round of the Skins Six in the Peak takes place from Grindleford on the 16th March. Located from the heart of the Peak, Grindleford is the gateway to many a mile of tracks and trails over a mix of terrain leading towards either the Dark or the White Peak. Very fitting you might think as the event is organised by local company Dark and White Challenge Events.

With a mix of Adventure Running and Biking the course will also include navigation and orienteering and a number of yet to be announced challenges, that it appears will ensure that everyone gets a little wet … but doesn’t involve any kayaks or canoes. Interesting…

SKINS have confirmed that the prizes available per class will be as follows:

1st Place – Any 3 SKINS items
2nd Place – Any 2 SKINS items
3rd Place – Any 1 SKINS item

Each winner will be able to choose the items of their choice and the overall series winners per class will receive any 5 SKINS items. The winners from Round 1 should now be in possession of their choice of kit and should they go on to win the series they will have received close to £750 of SKINS kit! Prize givings will take place following each event and will involve both SKINS and Buff.
