3rd Annual Gold Nugget AR Set for October 4, 2008

Troy, NC - TrailBlazers Adventure Racing Club and Bushwhack Adventures are pleased to announce that they will be cohosting the 3rd Annual Gold Nugget Adventure Race on October 4th, 2008. This year's race is the fifth and final event in the 2008 TrailBlazers Sprint Adventure Race Series.

This year's Gold Nugget AR will feature 4, 8 and 12 hour courses set up in a modified rogaine format. Teams of 2, 3, or 4 people can test their skills and teamwork against these fun but challenging courses that include mountain biking, paddling, orienteering, and surprise
challenge events. Included in the registration fee is free camping on-site before and after the race, as well a post-race shower and meal. TrailBlazer members get a discount off the registration fee. Non-members get a one year membership in the TrailBlazers AR Club.
