Girls On Top - Night Runs - Sydney

We will start our first night run on Monday 14th July (yes that was yesterday). Meet at the gate of Luna Park at 6.30pm with a torch or headlight. We will run for around 1.5 hours, bring some water, and a jacket in case its cold, and some $ for a a quick drink after.
Depending on numbers we will split into hare group (run constantly) and tortoise groups (run the downhills and flats, walk the uphills).
The aim is to encourage more women to get out and give AR ago and night running is a great way to start, all you need is some shoes!
The night runs are open to guys as well (we just load them up with big packs), so guys please encourage your friends, sisters, brothers, uncles, work collegues etc to come along.
