Cumberland MOMAR Is Close To Selling Out and Over $14,000 in Prizing!
Bryan Tasaka / 01.09.2008

The Cumberland course has been completely redesigned and will use terrain never seen before in a MOMAR. The course will feature some of BC’s best singletrack cross-country riding. It also includes three trekking/trail running stages with one of them using a real orienteering map. A scenic kayak stage will also be a highlight for many. The total course distance will be approximately 40km.
Team Helly Hansen / MOMAR will be looking for their 5th win in the past six races. Challenging for the top spot will be Frontrunners’ athletes Normon Thibault and Jason Sandquist.
The MOMAR is known for its afterparty and this one will be no exception. Following a big dinner feast, we will be giving away over $14,000 worth of prizing including a trip to Hawaii, a team entry to the BC Bike Race, and a custom bike frame from Berg Bikes. We will also have a live band that will keep the party rockin’ all night long.
