Max Adventure Paddle

This is the 3rd event of its kind in Sydney, the previous 2 had been on the Georges River and Middle Harbour.

The Northern Beaches have allways been a paddling haven and has certainly provided its fair share of gun paddlers, the question will be though, can they read a map!!. There will be some Adventure Racers out to mix it with them.

This years Max Adventure Paddle happens on December 6th on Narrabeen Lake with the aid of Prokayaks. It will be 3hours of running and paddling while navigating around the \"shallows\" of the lake. With a few twists and turns thrown in for good measure. Matt Blundell the owner of Prokayaks has set a course that the leaders will struggle to finish so that tactics and smart thinking could make all he difference to ensure you get back to base in the 3hours allowed. (Matt and his team mate Mike Snell won the last 2 events, so who will Mike paddle with this year)

The event will be ideal for first timers and anyone new to paddling as well as catering for the seasoned racer. You can bring your own craft or hire one of the Max Adventure doubles. You can compete with a friend or go it alone the choice is yours.
