This year\'s Ball will be held on 17th January 2009 in the beautiful Lake District National Park at the culnary home of AR - Wilfs Cafe. The food here is legnedary - not just in quantity but also quality. On top of this
there will be a superb Ceilidh in the adjoining Hawkshead Brewery Beer Hall.
Many people are making a weekend of it, and so we are laying on some great activities on both the Saturday and Sunday - so come along and join in the fun.
Despite excellent demand, there are still spaces available for the Ball. So if you want to come along then contact Tom Gibbs, details below.
AR BALL
Date - Saturday 17th January 2009
Location - Wilfs & the Hawkshead Brewery from 7pm
Ceilidh from 8:45 pm
Dress Code - It\'s a ball, so smart as you can - ideally Black Tie,
Cocktail dresses (for the ladies !)
Cost - £25 per head (for the evening only) - this is non profit - so any extra funds will go towards some booze !
The Rest of the weekend
We are also orgainising some extra activities for the rest of the weekend.

Saturday Social Ride
Meet at Wilfs in Staveley
Start 10.30 am
Social ride to a lovely lunch spot, then choice of routes to suit abilities/motivation.
All details to be confirmed nearer the date
Sunday Social Walk/Run
Meeting - TBA, but it will be an awesome location !
Sunday 10 - 10.30am, option of a walk or a run depending on what you fancy and how bad a hangover !
All finishing with a lunch in the pub afterwards
