Saturday May 2 will feature the classic spring season opener Frontier Adventure Challenge, an 8 hour race with teams of three and solos competing for prizing and glory over 40 km of biking, hiking, and paddling through an unmarked wilderness racecourse. The classic Canadian Shield terrain around Huntsville will be exploding with the freshness of spring, and competitors will love the all-new racecourse planned for them.
Now in its’ third year, the popular High School Adventure Challenge presented by Algoma U is back this year. On Sunday, organizers anticipate 100 teams of high school students will converge on Deerhurst to push their limits and discover what they are capable of as they tackle an 8 hour, 25 km multisport race course in teams of three.
