New Dream Team T.V. website

If you’ve had a T.V. camera pointed at you at a race in the U.K. (or maybe abroad), the chances are the cameraman was working for Dream Team T.V. They are specialist in AR filming and their new web site shows just how extensive their catalogue of race films is.
If you select ‘What we’ve done’ from the navigation you can choose from events in the years 1997 to 2002. It’s an exotic mix, including some bizarre events like mud racing in Holland, the World Conker Championships and the World Frisbee Championships. However, there are many adventure races where they have put a team of dedicated cameramen who have abseiled, swum and paddled themselves to get close to the action. The list includes:
- Western Isles Challenge -1998
- Everest Marathon, Southern Traverse & Endless Odyssey - 1999
- Salomon X-adventures Wales and Colorado, First Adrenalin Rush - 2000
- All Salomon X-adventure World Series races in 2001
Each race has a short description and a series of stills taken from their films, but there are no video clips.
Last year they sponsored Team Wales and followed their progress in all the Salomon X-adventure international races, included a best ever result by a UK team when they were 2nd in Japan. This year their cameras will be at home more as they are supporting the British Adventure Racing Championships and will be filming all the qualifying races and the final.
