Paddy Pallin Canberra

Diane Chanut - AROC Sport / 24.01.2010
On Saturday 13 February 2010, another exciting part of Canberra will be explored by teams of three on foot, bike and water (using provided 3-person sit-on-top kayaks). The location is kept secret until two weeks before the race but course-setter Dave Meyer has confirmed the course is a ripper.

Participants can choose to set themselves a challenge and tackle the Classic Course or get into the adventure on the Novice Course, which includes easier navigation and a shorter distance. It’s a great way to enjoy a summer day in Canberra and get fit without realising it, going from one checkpoint to the next, constantly changing disciplines and enjoying your teammates’ company!

Increasing numbers of companies and government entities are finding Adventure Racing a great way to bond while having a go at the Corporate Cup Challenge. It offers the opportunity for some healthy competition, whether inside one corporation with teams from the same workplace or outside with competitors in the same business field.
