As the 5 state based events of the national Mountain Designs Adventure Race Australia Series draw to a close we look back over 6 months of hardcore adventure across the country and get ready to worship the night and take on the ultimate Adventure Racing Challenge with the all new 12 Hour Dark Side Championships.

Starting at midnight Friday 10th of September and finishing 12 hours and 90km later at midday Saturday 11th September this event is ready to set to test the hearts and minds of even the truest adventure racers with this all new event format. Time to ask yourself. Are you ready for the ultimate 12 hour challenge?

One and a half years in the planning, Race HQ is located just 1 hour and 45 minutes south of Brisbane in the Tweed Valley of Northern New South Wales in a spectacular location that is easily accessible to all residents of South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. And, just 45 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport flying in from anywhere in Australia is an easy option too. Everything you need is on site with camping, accommodation, catering and kayak hire available.
