It's time for the Duesouth XTERRA SA Championship

The DUESOUTH XTERRA presented by REHIDRAT® is an off-road triathlon that takes place at Buffelspoort Dam (North West Province) in January, Grabouw Country Club (Western Cape) in February and Pezula Private Estate (Knysna) in July. Competitors can either partake individually or in teams of three. New comers to the sport can opt for the less daunting DUESOUTH XTERRA Lite, which is approximately half the distance of the XTERRA Full. The DUESOUTH XTERRA Grabouw presented by REHIDRAT® takes the form of the South African Championship, which forms part of the XTERRA World Tour. Athletes competing at this event stand the chance to qualify for the world championship final in Hawaii later the year.
South African XTERRA legend, Conrad Stoltz made history in October 2010 when he became the first XTERRA Warrior to win four XTERRA World titles.

DISTANCES: DUESOUTH XTERRA Full - 1.5km swim, 25km mountain bike and 10km trail run
DUESOUTH XTERRA Lite - 400m swim, 12km mountain bike and 5km trail run
After giving their all on the course, XTERRA Warriors can look forward to a well deserved rest in the Rehidrat® Recovery Zone.
