From 8-11th June this year the coastal and aquatic wonderland of the Great Lakes on the North Coast of NSW will play host to over 500 competitors, support crew, family and friends for the Mountain Designs GeoQuest 48hr adventure race. With the perfect winter climate, famous subtropical forests, white sand beaches, coastal lakes and estuaries, the region will witness the annual pilgrimage of the sport to Australia’s premier adventure race.

Richard Old, Manager Tourism and Marketing of the Great Lakes Region said “It is an enormous privilege for the Great Lakes to host this premier event and show visitors some of what the region has on offer”.
