Press Release / 17.02.2012

Five days, seven stages, one unforgettable mountain biking adventure in Australia's Red Centre
Entries are now open for the award winning* Ingkerreke Commercial MTB Enduro, one of Australia's premier mountain bike stage races held in the unique terrain around Alice Springs.
The 2012 edition of this popular event will take place over 14-18th May with an exciting format that includes seven racing stages over five days of incredible mountain biking along the sweet single tracks and trails that explore the inspiring landscapes of the MacDonnell Ranges, near Alice Springs.
This event is known equally for its camaraderie between riders as for its quality riding and distinctive terrain with mountain biking tales tall and true playing out daily in the Red Centre and then retold with poetic licence while recovering around the pool each afternoon.
Each year up to 250 riders from across Australia and abroad compete in the event – ranging from the nation's elite who race fast and hard through to recreation riders who pack the camera so they can capture the views. So why not join us for The Northern Territory's Best Festival / Event* and eat up some serious dust with us in Australia's stunning heartland!
