No Indoor AR This Year

Show organisers Brand Events have not been able to find a replacement sponsor to take over from Renault, and as it’s a very expensive undertaking to build the arena, felt they couldn’t go ahead with the race.
They are committed to bring it back in 2006, as the AR Arena has been one of the biggest attractions at the show, but for this year teams will get a break from the gruelling competition. (Which may come as a relief to some competitors, who found the exercise bikes and climbing in the rafters hard going.)
The show is still going ahead between March 18-20th, and is bigger than ever before, so it’s well worth attending anyway. There will also be an AR presence there, with SleepMonsters, ACE Races and the RAT Race exhibiting, and all the latest gear will be on show.
