Protective BIKE Four Peaks
Taxofit to co-sponsor of the Protective BIKE Four Peaks
News Release / 07.04.2015

With two and a half months to go to the start of the Protective BIKE Four Peaks race organisers have presented a new co-sponsor for 2015. Taxofit, a proven expert for sport nutrition, will support the four-day mountain bike stage race which will lead through Carinthia this year for the first time ever.
It's the right step in respect of client satisfaction as Mathias Ley, CEO of the Hamburg based organising event company Ley Events GmbH, points out: “It's very important for the participants, no matter if pro or amateur, to have some decent nutrition available at site, which is adequate to the requirements of a stage race event. Due to the cooperation with Taxofit everyone will benefit from a perfect nutrition support.”
Claudius Hoff, CEO of CJH-Sales GmbH & Co. KG adds: “Taxofit wants to transport its know how from the health sector right into the sport. The Four Peaks are the perfect platform to convince sportspeople of our products over a long term and under extreme conditions.”
As a result, the company will have its own booth on the expo areal to be on hand with help and advice. “It's very important for us to give all participants an understanding of the added value of our sport nutrition. We want to show how everyone can do sports in a healthier way,” explains Hoff.
About the Protective BIKE Four Peaks
Ever since its successful debut in 2013, the Protective BIKE Four Peaks has become an absolute red-letter day in every mountain biker's calendar.
This year, four days packed with mountain bike action on a brandnew stage design provide everything from June 17 thru 20, 2015, the field of participants could ask for.
After things kicked off on the opening stage around Bad Kleinkirchheim, the route leads the field via Hermagor and Nassfeld (Tröpolach) to Weissensee. In total, racers have to master 260.79 km and 8,750 metres in elevation gain.
Besides entering the race as single starter, every participant can also register for a team of four or even more mountain bikers.
