AROC Sport Adventures to kick off on 15 October

The AROC Sport Adventures will kick of the season at Manly Dam – at Sydney’s Northern Beaches – on Saturday 15 October 2006. Manly Dam is a fun area with some good technical riding but easy enough to jump off the bike and walk if need be. Great running tracks, and of course the dam itself. This event has 8 legs and should take the top teams around 2:15 to complete. Everyone else has 5.5 hours to complete the course. Don’t miss out – enter on-line Here

The AROC Sport Adventures are aimed at taking the intimidation factor away from adventure-racing. Everyone of all ages, all sizes and all fitness levels, can participate in the AROC events. Designed for the novice adventure racer but also a great hit out for those experienced teams, the AROC events are about having lots of fun with your friends.
