The Big Blue Adventure Series Lake Tahoe

The Big Blue Adventure Series continues this weekend on Saturday, October 15th with the Big Blue 24 Hr Lake Tahoe Adventure Race. This is a perfect opportunity to test your endurance and your limits on the eastern shoreline of beautiful Lake Tahoe.  The course highlights some of Tahoe\'s most epic landmarks-Spooner Lake, Sand Harbor, Tahoe Rim Trail and the spectacular Flume Trail. 

Teams of 1-4 compete in a variety of disciplines covering 80-100 miles. Courses are designed for winning times of 12 hours with the majority of teams finishing in 18-20 hours and the final finisher at 24 hours.  Disciplines include: mountain biking, trekking, navigation and kayaking.

Final registration for these events is open until THIS Thursday, October 13th.  Preregistration is required.
