Australian Adventure Racers are invited to the Canadian Wilderness.

The Canadian Adventure Racing Association invites you to \'Come and Conquer the Canadian Wilderness\', in historic Timmins, Ontario Canada from May 28th, 2006 to June 3rd, 2006, and compete for up to $70,000 in guaranteed cash prizes .

The National Adventure Racing Championships will be the first major North American expedition adventure race of the 2006 season. It is an exciting new 4-5 day expedition-length stage format that includes three race stages covering over 400km, with the first stage being a sprint championship event that is part of the Expedition race.

In total there will be three stages in the race that include mountain biking, trekking, paddling, ropes and navigation. And we\'re also still working on a few very cool possibilities for some underground activities, and a discipline never-before seen in an adventure race!
