Eco-Challenge
They made it !!

Team The North Face Kona brought Eco-Challenge 2002 to a close. They came ashore on the beach of the Sheraton Resort Hotel at Nandi on the Western coast of Fiji at 09.13am on October 21st, finishing just 47 minutes before the course closed. They’d been trekking, canyoning, rappelling, abseiling, rafting, coasteering, kayaking and mountain biking longer than any other team, over 10 days in all, and survived the toughest Eco ever.
We’re not sure of their final finish position yet (probably 11th or 12th) but that hardly matters. What does matter is that they finished and for the moment there is nothing more to say ….
… not until we hear from the team and get the full story anyway.
