7:07 #110 Team Semper Fi/Simon reported possible wrist or arm fracture of teammate Sarah Fullwood. Sarah has since been to the ER, reportedly has NO sign of fracture, head is throbbing a bit, and Team has DNF’d.

7:50 #101 Team ARFE/Smartwool 1 DNF’d at CP2 after making several attempts to repair their “shredded bike chains�

9:30 #54 Team Granite Construction DNF’d after breaking a bike chain

9:38 #72 Team RIOT rode into HQ and chose to DNF after having become very lost.

12:00 #57 Team Silverback 2 en route to HQ with possible hypothermia.
