Teams 10, 3, 18, 8 are only separated by 43 mins, Summit.com.au, team 25 who were together with Apex at Barrington 25 mins off the lead have are now down just over 3hrs on the leaders.

Cowgirls lost 20 mins to Girls on Top on the paddle last night, and with what we thought were certainly faster craft, Girls on Top plan come home stronger.

In the Geo Half a good size of the field, near 18 teams got to paddle in some sort of daylight, whereas in the full teams on the top 6 teams left in daylight, the leaders wouldnt have had more than 40 mins of light left, the fastest paddle of the night went to Apex in the full course knocking the paddle over in 2 hrs 5 mins, with Fidels Followers only 4 mins off that.

Gamblers and Monkey Magic went through the paddle in 1.24 and 1.28 respectively, and as of 00.30 last night were in the MTB to Bulahdelah, but as of 5.53am are yet to emerge at CP 10.

After leading into Barrington by 5 mins Austrelaps now sit in 3rd 37 mins down with Apex and Blackheart Events/Peak Adventure sharing the lead, raft buliding skills will soon come into play.
