It shows several minutes from each island, so you really get a good feel of how varied the terrain that we ran was. Most of the footage is of the frontrunners - Christophe Erceau, Christophe Le Saux, Fred Lengrai, Patricke Riverau and Patrice Darius - and it is really impressive to see how they run the more technical parts (since I, closer to the back of the pack, never not get to see this first-hand!)
You'll also get to see samples of Christian Collange's accelerating bumslide downn the steep muddy jungle slopes, as well as wonderful footage of the rock bar we ran out into the ocean on the final day, and the swim through surf we had to make to get through to the other side.
