Major flooding in Queensland, bumper snow falls in the alps, volcanoes in Chile (note to our kiwi visitors you may be here a bit longer)and to top it off heavy downpours in the Dorrigo catchment. The latter forced the halt of Australias Premier Adventure Race.
Presentations as such have now been moved forward and quite possibly will be going on at the pub next to HQ as you read this at 1930hrs on sunday night as the weather is set to worsen tomorrow.
Officials are still out on course as competitor, volunteer and support crew safety is paramount.
The end of the day sees provisional results as follows;
Team Blackheart 1st
Off our nuts 2nd
CBD 3rd
Entropic 4th
Peak Adventure 5th.
We would like to wish all those taking part in some shape or form a safe journey home and look forward to seeing you next year.
