Hereâ€™s this yearâ€™s round up of the3 Peaks Yacht Race information from the teams themselves. (Blogs, twitter, web sites and fund raising pages.) There is more every year .. but only the most dedicated will keep any news coming during the race!

White Clouds <a href="#" onClick="javascript:newsitewindow('http://www.facewest.co.uk/facewestblog/')" class="main">Facewest Blog</a> from Stuart Pitches (along with other Facewest news). There are some pictures of the crew moving the boat to Barmouth and he says he has â€œnot been sick like that in years.â€? Oh dear!

Team Peaks and Pie They really are sponsored by a <a href="#" onClick="javascript:newsitewindow('http://www.squarepie.com')" class="main">pie company</a> and have a very slick website at <a href="#" onClick="javascript:newsitewindow('http://www.peaksandpie.co.uk')" class="main">web site</a> with a Twitter feed on.

47th Regiment Royal Artillery are blogging <a href="#" onClick="javascript:newsitewindow('http://team47-3peaksyachtrace.blogspot.com')" class="main"> here</a> and there is a good photo of the team

Beeline of Topsham have a team <a href="#" onClick="javascript:newsitewindow('http://beeline21.blogspot.com')" class="main">blog</a> with a video to introduce the team as they prepare for the race and skipper Kate Hattersley tweets @Tophat.

Pears nâ€™ Peaks are <a href="#" onClick="javascript:newsitewindow('http://www.justgiving.com/threepeaksyachtrace2011')" class="main">fundraising</a> and have a collection of photos on the page. They are also on <a href="#" onClick="javascript:newsitewindow('http://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk=group_154770027907188')" class="main">Facebook</a>.

Peaks Addix were winners last year and runner Martin Beale has a <a href="#" onClick="javascript:newsitewindow('http://zlodblog.blogspot.com/')" class="main">blog</a>. His running partner Martin Indge has been in the news recently for setting a Guinness world record as the fastest competitor in the London Marathon in an animal costume. Itâ€™s not in English though!

Hereford Triathlon Club are in a very ususual triathlon this time!
