Stage4 - Costa Rican Runner Roiny Villegas Takes The Lead

Roiny Villegas has moved ahead of Australian, Damon Goerke after four stages of running in some of Costa Rica's most remote locations.
"The Australian is very strong," kept repeating Villegas as he grasped first position. After 200 km of running Villegas closed the remaining five minute gap separating the two racers and starts Stage 5 first in the general list.
In the girl's field Laura Hornik (USA) holds tight to first place, followed by Kelly Wilson (USA) and Costa Rican Patricia Osembach. "I think I'm running with one less toenail," said Osembach as she complained about strong pain in her feet after 200 kilometers of racing.

Stage 3 – Villegas Closes the Gap
CRC runner, Roinny Villegas took first position on Stage3, taking 6 m 45 s from the overall leader, Damon Goerke of Australia, who came in second today. Goerke continues on the lead the overall classification by six minutes.
