The top 5 in the overall results were:

• 1st. Team McSweeny (mixed 3) - 695 points
• 2nd. Team Wales (mixed 3) - 565 points
• 3rd. Wadenhoe High Five (mixed 4) - 555 points
• 3rd. RMR Bristol (male pairs) - 555 points
• 5th. Big Pack Kona (mixed 4) - 475 points

The category awards were:

• Men’s Gold – RMR Bristol
• Ladies Gold – Women’s Running Network
• Mixed Gold – McSweeny
• Overall Winners – McSweeny

The Women’s Running Network team excelled themselves in this, their first ever adventure race. Not only did they beat several teams, their teamwork and excellent morale throughout the weekend earned them the admiration of many of the other competitors.

As the first mixed team of 4 Wadenhoe High Five won the free place in the British Championships Final in October.

There were also guaranteed (but not free) spots in the final for the 2nd and 3rd placed teams, but there was a lot of confusion over whether this applied to teams of 3 or 4.

The end result was that both the 2nd and 3rd placed mixed teams of 4, AND the top 3 mixed teams of 3 will be offered a guaranteed spot. As there was a tie for the 3rd placed team of 4 these are:
