The Montane Winter Spine Race 2023 enters day four.
As the remaining ultra runners continue their battle up the Pennine Way, John Bamber saves the day in Greg's Hut with his famous chilliwack noodles. Temperatures stayed below 0 but made for a winter wonderland in places, lifting morale at a time when it mattered most for many of the runners.
Damian Hall extends his lead, more favourites drop and a real battle starts to begin for the crown of the Montane Challenger North.
