It was another hot day at the Montane Dragon's Back race, and 36 competitors were timed out or retired from the full race. Of those runners who are continuing their journey through Wales today, 147 are in the full race and 122 are on the shorter Hatchling course.
Hugh Chatfield and Robyn Cassidy extended their leads in the men’s and women’s races respectively. Robyn remains fourth overall, but is closing in on Jon Shield in third. There are four women in the top ten.
