Road to Rajd Beskidy Episode 3. STRENGTH _ SILESIA RACE

In their third Road to Rajd Beskidy video team Nonstop Adventure Team from Poland continue their training and concentrate on strength and competition.
On 3 February, Andrzej and Artur took part in the winter edition of the Silesia Race. In the rain and mud they came 4th. Whenever possible we compete.
We do strength training on a daily basis as we think its most important for endurance racing. We train in the mountains with tyre pulling, skiing, sledding. Whatever we can do, whenever there is an opportunity.
There are 108 days left until the ARWS Qualifier Rajd Beskidy, where we will try to defend out title from last year.
