The latest video diary from the Nonstop Adventure Team as they prepare to defend their title at Rajd Beskidy.
"We met for another team training. We started with a run - first an easy trail to Turbacz, then a night navigation in difficult terrain. The whole run is about 25km. We organised a TA on a gravel roadside in the village of Łopuszna.
"There we slept for 3 hours and in the morning we set off for rafting. We were able to do a super training session on the Dunajec thanks to the cooperation with FunRace.pl, who lent us a raft with all the equipment."
