Location: Adelaide Hills (near lenswood)
this is Cross country Duathlon , with both the run and the ride on single track . It is held in the heart of the Adelaide hills, in a forest know as Fox Creek, we have three distance options and option of team or solo,
Short course: 2 km run- 8.5 km ride- 2 km run
Long Course: 5.6km run- 17 km ride-2 km run
Enduro course: 5.6km run- 25.5km ride-5.6km run ,
expect to get muddy and have a thrilling adventure.
