The Kananaskis3 (KAN3) Presented by GSL GM City: A 3 day trail running race featuring the most beautiful trails in K-Country!  Building on the legendary Powderface42, this event offers trail runners the opportunity to tackle an array of distances and choose between running one, two, or three days.  Combined event entry is limited to 150 runners per day.

Dates: July 4th-6th, 2014

Kananaskis3: The Kananaskis3 stage race covers 3 days of trail running in Kananaskis Country.  Entry is limited to 50 runners.

Individual Stages:

Each indivdual stage is limited to 100 runners with an additional 50 spots reserved for the KAN3.  Runners may run 1 stage, 2 stages or 3 stages as part of the KAN3.

1) West Bragg 13: Friday, July 4th (6pm) covering 13km.

2) Powderface 42: Saturday, July 5th covering 43.6km.

3) Little Elbow 24: Sunday, July 6th covering 24km.
