3 Categories to choose from:

- 5 km FUN Run - beautiful 5km fun run along the ocean front paved promenade perfect for all ages in the summer with all age categories.

- Family Kayak n Run - easy short 2km kayak and 3km fun run along promenade.

- Adult Kayak n run - 5km kayak going out from Wu Kai Sha along coastline return then 5km fun run along the ocean front promenade with all categories - NOTE THE 8AM RACE IS NOW FULL SO WE HAVE ADDED A 2ND 9AM RACE TOGETHER WITH FAMILY CATEGORY CALLED FUN Family/Adult Kayak n Run with 3 (three categories for MEN / WOMEN / MIXED. Focus on this is a bit more FUN.

Race location (start/finish) - 600 Meters from Wu Kai Sha MTR station AT WU KAI SHA BEACH START. Take MTR and just walk out towards DOUBLE COVE EXIT and you will see start/finish area signs directing you to start close by.

Entry limit for 5 km FUN RUN - 300

Entry limit for Family Kayak n Run (2 km kayak & 3 km run) - 60 teams of 2

Entry limit for Adult Kayak n Run (5 km kayak & 5 km run) - 60 teams of 2 (note 2nd race added as 1st race sold out).

Race pack pick up - Action X Store - 28 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan www.actionxstore.com (July 30, July 31, Aug 1) - pick up race shirt, race number bib, pins, luggage tag, sponsor items.

Luggage check
At start location 1 hour before race - please use luggage tag in your race bag given to your at race pack pick up - please put luggage tag clearly on your bag for staff easy to identify number.

Water Check point
Bring your own reusable water bottle hydration belt or hydration system for easy refilling at our water carboy station at the checkpoint on beach or at half way on the easy run promenade. Let's try to reduce plastic and be environmentally friendly.

Garbage on course
If anyone is found throwing garbage on course they will be disqualified. Lets keep Hong Kong clean.
