New Trail Run, Swim and Sundowner MTB events close to Hermanus at Benguela Cove Wine Estate. Swim in the Hermanus lagoon (salty water), Sundowner MTB cycle on the Benguela Wine Estate between the vineyards and Trail run (Sundowner and Day) on single tracks around the Estate. During the cycle and/or run you will have the most amazing scenery with the lagoon and the mountains in the background. It is fast Trail and MTB event with very little elevation, see the profiles. The cycling and run routes are not technical. Do all 3 Disciplines  over 2 days. This is a great weekend to use as training whether you are a Mountain biker, Triathlete or Trail Runner .
