There will be a full waiver to sign at registration. You will not be allowed to run if you do not sign this.

Race Bag Check for compulsory equipment.

Hand in Your drop Bag.

Nothing will be sent out in the post before the event. Less paper, less environmental impact.

Race Day

Race day briefing at 4:40am Prompt. Please be there on time. Race

Check Points

There will be 7 Checkpoints every 10 miles along the length of the course. If you miss a checkpoint you will incur a 3 hour time penalty which be added to your time at the finish.
