22KM EXPERT MOUNTAIN RUN &12KM INTERMEDIATE MOUNTAIN RUN

The routes start with views of Killary Fjord behind. Once you reach the peaks Connemara will spead out beneath you with the 12 Bens to the South, Mweelrea to the west and the Maaumturks to the east. Challenging terrain throughout with steep ascents and descents. Before entering either of the expert races we recommend you read our Entry Requirements.

12KM INTRODUCTORY MOUNTAIN/TRAIL RUN

The perfect distance and route for those who are new to mountain running and are looking for an introductory event. You will need a reasonable level of fitness and a desire to get off the road and experience the unmatched freedom of mountain running.
