Welcome to Nashville's First 50K Ultra Ruck!
Nashville Ultra has teamed up with Memories of Honor to bring the first ultra 50K Ruck March to Nashville. Push your limits, and challenge yourself while honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
The course is paved trails and bike trails that are part of the downtown Nashville Greenways system. There are a couple of points in the downtown section where runners will cross roads with live traffic. Volunteers at each road crossing inform you of when it is safe to cross. Traffic is minimal on a Saturday. Check out photos and maps of the greenways at www.nashville/gov/greenways/. Look for Stones Rivers Greenway, Shelby Bottoms Greenway, and MetroCenter Levee Greenway.
