Location: Manchester city buildings & structures, water
The Adventure race: will take place over 6 hours where competitors will embark on 50 kms of adventure on bike, foot, kayak, rope and various other forms of transport.
The Rookie race: Do you fancy yourself as being the next Parkour specialist? The 3 hour Rookie course runs in tandem with the youth event and you can cover the course in your own time and at your own pace.
The Youth race: If you are aged between 14 and 17 yrs on the day of the race you can enter. You need absolutely no skills whatsoever, but a general level of fitness and a working knowledge of map reading will help. The event is foot based but you will encounter “special†disciplines on your travels around the course. This might mean you are involved with all manner of wacky transport.
Aerial Assault: The Aerial Assault is an invitational only event for the country’s best climbers where you can watch in awe as they scale the buildings in the heart of Manchester in exciting and imaginative ways! - part of the The Rat Race Series series Entry Fee( GBP ) 150
