Location: Gold Coast & hinterland
Get well and truly out off the beaten track in this adventure race covering 1.9km of open water swimming, 14km of ocean and river paddling, 12km of trail running, and 18km of (extremely tough) mountain biking before a short beach run to finish.
There\'s a short mystery activity in there as well that should test your navigational skills, so be prepared.
Compete as an individual, pairs (completing the whole course together), or relay teams of between 2 and 4 people. You\'re going to experience part of the Gold Coast you probably never knew existed.
There\'s $12,000 total cash prize pool available for individual winners and place getters, the teams winner and fastest individual legs.
