The 100km MTB circuit wends a scenic and challenging route through the tracks and trails of the Southern Highlands forests and farms. A mix of dirt road, forest tracks, singletrack and less than 2km of sealed road.
Options available include the Full Flingers (100km), Flinging Threesomes (relay team) or Half a Fling (50km).
