Seminars and activity sessions include:
Injury prevention for multisporters and adventure racers
Improved paddling technique and sessions
Strength training sans gym
Snow shoe racing - how, why and what
Setting up your training program to suit your lifestyle
Yoga and plyometrics
The activity sessions include running, riding, paddling with the group (and snow shoeing depending upon snow conditions).
Bookings end June 30th,2006. Absolutely no late bookings.The fee covers tuition, morning and afternoon tea and lunches
Australian attendees can be picked up from Christchurch Airport Friday and returned Sunday evening
All participants get a preferred entry in the iRULE the Mountains Race August 27th and 10% off all iRULE gear on sale
