This event is the Welsh leg of the Wooden Spoon Society's Six Nations Challenge Series which will see challenge events in each of the country's that take part in rugby's Six Nations Championship.

The challenge is open to teams of two or corporate teams of four and is designed to appeal across the board to experienced and first time adventure racers alike.

Set in the spectacular Coed Y Brenin forest, North Wales, the event will consist of two sections. In the morning you head out on foot to collect points by visiting as many checkpoints (CPs) as possible within a set time period. The points value of each CP will depend on it’s difficulty and the order in which you visit them is up to you. In the afternoon you will head out again mountain bikes to enjoy more spectacular scenery on some of the best mountain biking trails in the UK.

The Six Nations Challenge Series is in aid of the Wooden Spoon Society and its work to help disadvantaged children and young people across the UK. Competitors will therefore be asked to reach a minimum fundraising target in addition to the event entry fee.
