Adventure Race Slovenia
Length: 200 km
Dear adventure friends!
We are glad to present you the first adventure race, that takes place in Slovenia. Such competitions are already known worldwide, but this time it will take you through Slovenia.
30 teams, from allover the world, made of 4 people, will join the race. The challenge is known: The team has 3 days and 3 nights to overcom 200 km. The route will take them through some of the most beautiful parts of our country Šaleška and Savinska valley, with theitr cultural and historical sags.
The contestents will compete in mountain cycling, mountaineering, caving, rafting and swimming. Each team has to prepare its own food, define movement tactic, calculate how much sleep is needed and somehow survive in nature regardless on the weather. The rule of the naturethumb say, the team moves forward as fast as its slowest member.
