Summer Evening Trail Challenge
Length: 10 km
Location: Kingston upon Thames
The Trail Challenges are cross-training training events for runners and adventure racers (i.e. non-orienteers) and therefore the routes are designed to be easy (by orienteering standards). The mass start enables those new to navigation to get some help by (hopefully) following someone else who is going in the correct direction!
The events are organised by an orienteering club and therefore each runner gets a professionally made map and is issued with a free hire SI card to record your progress.
Two races are held, a 10km race at 7:30pm and a 6km race at 7:40pm.
Entries in advance are preferred at £4 per person but entry on the day is also available at £6 per person. Please find the application form on the website.
