Haway we’re gan to the Toon like! The effervescent capital of Geordieland awaits as we paint the Rat Race in black and white hoops for a weekend stay in Newcastle and Gateshead.
Taking adventure sports right into the streets, waterways and urban jungle of the UK\'s coolest cities, the Rat Race is an adventure event in which teams of three competitors race in a multi-disciplined challenge of navigation, endurance, skills and guts. They will run, climb, mountain bike, kayak, abseil and navigate their way around a course that\'s only revealed hours before they begin.
